Yes — 14 dedicated spots, convenient if you come by car.
What is kama-mabushi?
Our head chef Ishigaki honed his craft for 17 years at Nadaman. His signature kama-mabushi is cooked to order in a Vermicular pot (serves 2, ¥9,900) — reserve by the previous day.
Do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome, but for weekends or kama-mabushi we recommend booking by phone: +81-52-323-2233.
Is takeout available?
Yes — unaju and hitsumabushi to go. Order ahead by phone for smoother pickup.
